每周，Gordon都会到不同的、正处于困境的餐厅提供帮助。他为厨师准备膳食及服务员的餐间服务提供建议。长期以来，Gordon利用他丰富的知识，使这些餐厅重回正轨……Each week Gordon travels to a different restaurant in dire need of help. He often has to deal with chefs and waitresses stuck in their ways, ready-made meals and slow service, none of which he allows in any of his own restaurants.With a long history in the food industry, Gordon uses his wealth of knowledge to try to get them back on track and into financially viable businesses.
